Cancellation Policy
Please understand that this cancellation policy is to protect and honor both of our times.
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you forget your appointment or don’t give 24-hours advance notice, your card on file will be charged for 100% of your services that day.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will be unable to perform all of your service but your card on file will be charged for 100% of your services booked that day. Depending on when you do arrive, I will try to do as much as I can in the time we have left.
I understand that unanticipated events happen, in which case I ask that you please contact me as soon as possible so I can consider how to reschedule or accommodate your particular situation.
